STORY:
A Ninja Princess who needs to avenge her brother's death is one of the invitees to an international fight contest. She is joined by the best fighters in the world.
The fights can happen at any time and each contestant wears a watch which will display their next contestant, till there is only one left, the champion.
Each fight is mon itored and thanks to nanobots injected into each fighter, their moves are downloaded for reference.
The princess must find out what happened to her brother while trying to battle in the contest and avoid dying at the hands of a beautiful purple haired warrior from her kingdom.
REVIEW:
The movie is based on a best selling video game which I admit I have never personally played ( seeing as I consider myself somewhat of an amatuer gamer and big time console owner and fan ).
The plot is about as thin as a piece of toilet paper but the action is really cool to watch. Ninja warriors, beautiful women and martial arts make for a very sweet combination and the movie moves quickly through its action packed 82 minutes.
Like I said earlier, I don't know how the story fares to that of the original video games but I'm sure this movie is aimed at the teenager population and if that is the case then I'm extremely positive the demographic will be pleased. So if it's light entertainment and hot women you're out to see, then pick this up.
