REVIEW

Six tourists hire an extreme tour guide who takes them to the abandoned city Pripyat, the former home to the workers of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor. During their exploration, they soon discover they are not alone.

REVIEW
I'm getting a bit tired of the "found footage" movie genre which is seemingly being made to death. While this device worked with movies like The Blair Witch Project and Paranormal Activity movies, they really seem to be losing their appeal. Lately other movies like Chronicle, Project X and even Tape 407 have utilised the same style.

The movie however is not totally of the same genre but it has a distinct documentary feel. The usage of certain camera angles give the a distinct style and assists in creating the overall atmosphere of the movie.

As with most horrors these day, young people are the victims and this time is no different. If you enjoy being entertained, give this one a look, you may be pleasantly surprised but don't expect to see anything truly original as this fits your typical horror template.
