SUPERMAN VS BATMAN: And the NEW Batman is BEN AFFLECK?!?

     So after many rumours about who will be playing the new Batman / Bruce Wayne, Warner Bros has yesterday announced than it's none other than Oscar winner, Ben Affleck! This news has been spinning around the web ever since with many different opinions for and against.

 

 

No one can argue the acting bravado which someone experienced as Affleck could bring to the role as the Caped Crusader or whether or not he's able to fill the shoes of such an important legend and iconic character.

 

This news bring an end to the various rumours which have spread across the internet since the original announcement of Affleck which included a $50 million paycheck to Christian Bale to return to the role or that Josh Brolin would be the Batman.

 

Personally, I have to say that Affleck will bring a real seriousness to the character like never before seen compared to the other Batman alumni and hopefully ground the character with realism and strength. Ok, casting is done, so when's this movie going be done already?

 

QUICK QUESTION..... Does anyone remember Ben Affleck playing The Daredevil?  Just asking...
