THE 5TH WAVE (2016) .. Will CHLOE GRACE MORETZ Survive the Earth Shattering ALIEN INVASION?

Some YA elements mixed with the acting prowess of the up and coming Chloe Grace Moretz as well as an impending alien invasion and you have all the elements of what's going to be a sci-fi hit! We all have seen YA coming and going over the past few years in the form of books turned into movies such as The Hunger Games, Divergent Series and The Maze Runner and while those examples have been extremely successful there have been those that have fallen to the wayside such as Fierce Creatures and Stephanie Meyers, who had her success with the Twilight series, saw failure with the adaption of The Host as a movie and potential YA movie series.
Chloe Grace Moretz is joined by a cast consisting of  Nick Robinson, Maika Monroe, Alex Roe, Liev Schreiber, Maria Bello and Ron Livingston. The 5th Wave is directed by J Blakeson and is scheduled for release around mid-January 2016.

THE 5TH WAVE PLOT In this tense thriller, four waves of increasingly deadly attacks have left most of Earth decimated. Against a backdrop of fear and distrust, 16-year-old Cassie is on the run, desperately trying to save her younger brother.
