Bear Grylls is a man who knows what he's doing and is sort of like a real life MacGyver. You have to see this to believe it.
Each episode is jam packed with survival techniques and lessons for anyone to learn from ( you know, should you ever get lost in the woods or something ).
Any kind of enviroment you can imagine, this man knows exactly what to eat, where to sleep, how to make the necessary survival tools with only what nature provides.
Not only is the show spectacular from an imformative point of view but the host's narration is done brilliantly and simply so that all us would - be adventurers can understand.
From what I've seen, the show goes from the Jungles of Vietnam, the Rainforests of the Amazon, the barren white landscape of the Arctic Circle, the Australian outback to the volcanic plateaus on the island of Hawaii, and that's just to name a few.
