Who could forget 300? A story about loyalty, politics and standing your ground against all odds. The movie formally introduced Zack Snyder to the world and boosted the career of Gerald Butler. Till then we had never reall seen such a CGI heavy movie and together with a great story, actually taken from history, made for excellent entertainment.Now years later, with Zack Snyder releasing Man of Steel, he opts for the producers role, helming the movie from a different angle and handing over the reigns of director to a fairly unknown Israeli, Noam Murro. If 300 was your taste, it may be worth your while to give this one a look also, if not for pure entertainment alone.
