When Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg anounced that they were making a Transformers movie many people watched with great skeptical excitement to see the end result. What we got was an awesome CGI filled movie with extreme detail beyond our wildest imagination. The movie did so well that it spawned two more highly successful movies.
Now with the franchise fully established, get ready for Transformers 4! Dreamworks are teaming up yet again with Michael Bay in this instalment. There a changes to the cast, namely the lead is now played by Mark Wahlberg and sorry guys, Megan Fox is not returning! Other cast members thus far include Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and Michael Rooker.
With each new movie we've gotten to see newer and bigger Transformers and to keep the with the continuity, Transformers 4 will also feature brand new machines including changes to the original robots we've come to know and love. The movie thus far has an August 1, 2014 release date but because it's still in production, this may change.
