REVIEW
If you're a horror buff then this movie is definitely for you. Directed by Fede Alverez and produced by Sam Raimi and Ghosthouse productions, this movie is simply brilliant in its design, writing and execution.
Now if you heard the term reboot or remake attched to this movie then let me tell you, get thos ugly words out of your head! This may have been originated from the original but otherwise this is flawless as an entity away from the original.
Evil Dead 2013 has moulded it's own style making it scary and spooky beyond the original without tainting any fond memories you may already have to the 1981 classic. If you haven't seen the original then don't despair because this movie will still blow you away.
This movie should not be missed by anyone looking for something entertaining and scary. Definitely worth watching!
PLOT
Five friends head to a remote cabin, where the discovery of a Book of the Dead leads them to unwittingly summon up demons living in the nearby woods. The evil presence possesses them until only one is left to fight for survival.
