Get ready for total B-grade carnage! The ridiculous idea that sharks from the ocean will be sucked up into a tornado and travel around Los Angeles takes quite a stretch of imagination not to mention throwing bombs into a tornado to quell the storm?!!!
I will not recommend this movie to you, in fact stay away from it but if the name already caught your eye and has made you curious to the idea then this movie is definitely for you. There are sharks and shark attacks everywhere and I mean everywhere! From streets to pools to roofs to inside houses and buildings! Sharks and more sharks. I can even go so far as to say that you've never ever seen this many sharks in one single movie, not even in a National Geographic documentary.
The story goes around Fin Shephard. played by the original Beverly Hills 90210 star, Ian Ziering and his battle across a shark infested cityscape to ensure the wellbeing of his wife, Tara Reid ( remember this once shining star from movies like Van Wilder and American Pie?) and kids. Also starring in this movie is John Heard ( Wow a far way from the A-list movies he used to appear in ).
By now you've guessed this movie is not for everyone but I felt like watching something different and lazy for storytelling and this movie was interesting enough. The special effects are below par and nothing to look at but all the same an enjoyable shark - filled journey into horror and comedy.
