We're are truly seeing the Disney reborn Marvel characters and who better to take these characters to the next level than Disney Studios? Personally, any cartoon of Hulk will catch my attention and it's been this way since I was a small boy reading comics, watching Bill Bixby / Lou Ferrigno TV show and even wearing my Hulk pyjamas mommy bought me to bed. So I'm a huge Hulk fan.
Now let's take a look at Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. It's nicely animated, courtesy of Disney, and the stories have been adapted to a new generation of kids across the world. It seems to have taken it's cue from the Ultimate Spiderman (2012) series and is bursting with gamma powered action and comedic quips which Rick Jones is quick to hand out.
Rick decides to show the world, via webisodes I may add, that Hulk isn't the raging beast everyone wants us to believe and that there's more to him than what's portrayed all over the news, courtesy of J. Jonah Jamesson, and has Hulk followed by hovering cameras.
The series also shows us the Red Hulk, She-Hulk, Skaar and A-Bomb. Unfortunately for Rick, though he thinks it's his good fortune, he is exposed to a Gamma explosion and is transformed into a blue Hulk!!
Marvel fans should be ecstatic that their characters are being treated so well over at Disney, who are doing a great job of keeping all our favourite superheroes alive through their animatic adventures whilst they continue making their big screen sagas. Nicely done.
PLOT
The Incredible Hulk teams up with Red Hulk, She-Hulk, Skaar, and Rick Jones aka A-Bomb to battle the forces of evil in front of cameras for Rick's web-based series to show the Hulk is more hero than monster.
