Finally a fairy-tale movie that shows us the story from the view of the villain! As the tagline for the movie suggests Evil Has A Beginning, we follow the story of the evil Maleficent and watch how innocence gets twisted into the witch who ultimately becomes known for casting her spell on Sleeping Beauty.
The movie has a nice cast consisting of none other than Angelina Jolie as Maleficent and a supporting cast of Elle Fanning and Sharlto Copley. The movie is directed by Robert Stromberg who is known for his visual effects in movies like Life of Pi, The Hunger Games and Shutter Island. The movie is being released by Disney around May 2014 worldwide.
PLOT
The "Sleeping Beauty" tale is told from the perspective of the villainous Maleficent and looks at the events that hardened her heart and drove her to curse young Princess Aurora.
