STORY: A vampire queen and lesbian, named Camilla is terrorising the inhabitants of a small English town. On his return from the Crusades, a knight discovers this evil and vows to put an end to Camilla. Using sorcery, he fashions a sword and confronts the vampire. As they go head to head, she scratches him and puts an evil curse on him. The curse is that every female who turn 18 will become a vampire in the village and that should his descendants ever mix their blood with an innocent, she will be reborn. After the queen finishes her curse, the knight kills her.
Present day and we meet our two main characters, Fletcher and Jimmy. One gets fired from his job and the other is dumped by his girlfriend. Over a few pints of beer, they decide they need to go away for a while and after a dart is thrown onto a map, they find their destination.
It is here they meet a strange vicar and his 18 year old daughter, four hot girls wandering the country in their little bus and the strangest bar and patrons ever.
Its not long after they team up with the four girls that the terror of the vampires begin. They need to stop Camilla's resurrection, destroy all the lesbian vampires andsave the girls in the town....not to mention themselves!
REVIEW:
This movie is really an interesting gem! I honestly thought, and this is probably based on the movie's title, that I was going to watch yet another horrible B Grade movie. As it turns out I was wrong and glad to be. The movie has great humour and the story is put together nicely. Curses, vampires, prophecies, sorcery and of course, lesbian vampires actually make up a great story! I found myself laughing at the brilliant one-liners throughout the movie. Guys, if you see this one on the shelf, do yourself a favour, hire it, hell buy it, the blend of comedy and horror works so marvellously together that there's no way you can't enjoy it. You'll be pleasantly suprised!
