According to Deadline, Disney has decided to move the release date for the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie to 2016 instead of it's original July 10 2015 date. This means that all 'Pirates' fans will have to wait an extra year to see the ongoing adventures of Jack Sparrow.
Don't worry though, Johnny Depp is committed to return as Jack Sparrow. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer has an advanced script from writer, Jeff Nathanson. Joachim Roenning and Espen Sandberg ( Kon - Tiki ) will direct the movie.
Everything is set in motion to start production very soon, so come Summer 2016, all fans will set sail to their nearest theatre for the ongoing adventures of everyone's favourite pirate, Captain Jack Sparrow.
